Some of our neighbors and cities don't have good internet, and the PUD can help fix that.   Make our homes and communities more competitive and an even more desirable place to live, work and do business in.

We need to be more local

The PUD has a budget of $650 million dollars, and I'd like to see as much  of that budget as possible directed to local companies - either in Snohomish County or Washington state, and put an end to the current bidding practices that harm our ratepayers

Thrifty common sense

Money and value:  Missteps in the last decade have cost the PUD 60 million dollars and resulted in multiple ethics investigations.   Here's how we improve that situation.

I'd like to be your utility commissioner

I think that the PUD can do quite a bit to enhance our area and our communities, and I could use your help in making that happen.

My diverse background in software and high tech and farming and low tech and decades of experience give me the confidence and ability to bring these ideas to the table and be a strong advocate for our ratepayers.

Elections are the best way to accomplish this; it's been an unfortunate fact that the commission doesn't respond well to community input, and I'd like to see that change after this election.

I'd be honored to serve as your commissioner.
